What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills
  • High computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications
  • Willingness to work any shift between 10:00 AM - 1:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, including weekends and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish for higher pay rate
