Qualificações

• At least three (3) years of post-graduate legal experience including civil and/or criminal trial work.
• Must reside in New York and be admitted to the New York bar.
• Experience defending or prosecuting sexual assault cases is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings and papers; motion practice including research and oral arguments.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and expert witnesses; negotiate settlements; prepare for trial and mediation.
