Applying their knowledge and the thoughtful techniques required for urban development, Oakland High Density has a passion for context-sensitive density and affordable housing design. Always looking to the future, they explore innovative technologies to support the client’s goals and maximize value on tricky sites. They are experts at understanding and applying codes and allowances to get the most benefit from the entitlement phase, while securing buy-in from neighbors and municipalities. The wage range that the Company expects to pay is $30.00/hour - $35.00/hour.
