Applying their knowledge and the thoughtful techniques required for urban development, Oakland High Density has a passion for context-sensitive density and affordable housing design. Always looking to the future, they explore innovative technologies to support the client’s goals and maximize value on tricky sites. They are experts at understanding and applying codes and allowances to get the most benefit from the entitlement phase, while securing buy-in from neighbors and municipalities. Your Impact
As KTGY's Project Associate, you\'ll build the foundation of your career by developing fundamental design skills and an effective, collaborative design process. You\'ll do this while gaining exposure to and in support of multiple projects in various phases within a studio.
