KTGY in Oakland is seeking a Project Associate in Architecture within the High Density studio. You’ll build foundational design skills and participate in collaborative design processes across multiple projects in various phases.

The role emphasizes design, collaboration, care and partnership, with an in-office hybrid model and opportunities for professional development; the wage range is $30.00/hour–$35.00/hour.

Applying their knowledge and the thoughtful techniques required for urban development, Oakland High Density has a passion for context-sensitive density and affordable housing design. Always looking to the future, they explore innovative technologies to support the client’s goals and maximize value on tricky sites. They are experts at understanding and applying codes and allowances to get the most benefit from the entitlement phase, while securing buy-in from neighbors and municipalities.
