International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Project Associate for Artist & Music Partnerships to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of artist, music industry, tour, event and entertainment partnerships. This remote/hybrid role reports to the Brand Partnerships Specialist, Operations and requires US work authorization.

The role emphasizes strategy, knowledge development, and execution across multi-channel marketing, partnerships development, and on-site event management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• 3–5 years of brand partnerships, marketing, entertainment, music industry or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel marketing materials for artist partnerships, tours, conferences, and events.
• Identify opportunities to improve participant journey from artist through engagement to IJM donor.
• Track and manage KPIs and budgets for the artist partner portfolio.
• Lead annual refresh and project management of core conference/event program pieces to increase revenue.
• Coordinate production, audio, print, digital materials for portfolio conferences, events & tours.

As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a Project Associate for Artist & Music Partnerships to execute the day-to-day operations, engagement, and project needs for a portfolio of artist, music industry, tour, event, and entertainment partnerships for the Brand Partnerships team. ***This position is hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) if located in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates and reports to the Brand Partnerships Specialist, Operations. This role requires current authorization to work in the United States.
