Responsibilities

As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Data Analytics to lead the transformation of IJM into a unified, data-driven organization by establishing and scaling an integrated enterprise data ecosystem. This leader is responsible for connecting fragmented data capabilities across regions, programs, fundraising, and operations into a cohesive, trusted, and scalable data environment and will define and drive enterprise data strategy, architecture, governance, and analytics—enabling IJM to operate with clarity, speed, and insight in pursuit of its mission.***This position is hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) if located in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates.
