Qualifications

• 1+ to 2+ years of experience in electrical testing, electromechanical systems, electronics manufacturing, or related environments
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical/electromechanical problems
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-line and manufacturing testing of electromechanical systems and subsystems
• Verify wiring, connections, and electrical assemblies according to work instructions and schematics
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical/electromechanical issues during manufacturing testing
• Perform rework, repair, and corrective actions on failed units
• Perform wire harnessing for electromechanical systems
• Document test results, failures, discrepancies, and corrective actions accurately
• Support manufacturing capacity by completing testing within required timelines
• Work with engineers, production teams, and quality teams to resolve technical issues
• Follow safety procedures, manufacturing processes, and quality standards
• Support assembly, calibration, integration, and validation activities as needed
