Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of architecture experience (closer to 10 years preferred).
• Public sector project background (municipal, civic, educational, or public safety).
• Small firm background (you understand what 'wear many hats' actually means).

Responsibilities

• Manage and support public sector projects from schematic design through construction close‑out.
• Produce and coordinate construction documents in Revit.
• Lead consultant coordination across structural, MEP, civil, and specialty disciplines.

Skills

Strong Revit production capability

Proven experience supporting projects through construction phase

Direct experience with fire stations, police facilities, or law enforcement design

Demonstrated job stability

Deep municipal client exposure

Education

Master's degree in architecture

Licensed Architect (RA) or significant ARE progress
