Job Title: Project Architect +Residential Designer

Position Location: Boston South Shore and Islands

Approx. Length of Position: Direct Hire

Degree Required: Bachelor or Master of Architecture required

Requirements:

8+ years minimum work experience in an architecture firm (3+ years residential preferred)

Excellent project management and administrative capabilities

Ability to independently and collaboratively work through all phases of a project

Ability to produce accurate, highly detailed construction documentation sets

Experience managing staff, multiple clients, contractors, and collaborators simultaneously

Capacity to perform due-diligence studies and permitting coordination

Have a strong work ethic and be able to tackle all assignments autonomously

Demonstrate design talents that contribute to all aspects of placemaking

Be able to adapt to the dynamic needs of the firm and its clients

Architectural license preferred

Hybrid-In-Office and Remote flexible work schedule

Technical / Software skills:

Revit (required), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe suite, SketchUp, Graphic/Rendering software.
