Jones Gillam Renz Architects in Salina, KS is seeking a Project Architect with a clear succession plan toward Project Manager and beyond. From day one, you’ll work with senior project managers, building client relationships and leading project teams.

The role emphasizes design coordination, budgeting, and construction administration, with mentoring and leadership opportunities as part of our long-term succession strategy. In-office position with growth toward leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture.
• Architectural license preferred or active licensure track.
• 5+ years of post-degree architecture firm experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Lead projects through all design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with senior PMs while preparing to lead client portfolio.
• Mentor project teams and ensure quality control of documents.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Perform construction administration and site visits.
• Support business development through client relationships.
