Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leading project teams through schematic design, design development, and construction documents
• Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, user groups, and public boards
• Producing and coordinating construction documents in Revit, with AutoCAD where required
• Performing code analysis under the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code and Rehabilitation Subcode
• Coordinating consultants and reviewing their documents for completeness and fit
• Reviewing and authoring specification sections
• Carrying projects through bidding and procurement
• Administering construction: submittals, RFIs, field observation and closeout
• Mentoring less experienced staff and reviewing their work
