Job summary

Hauser Architects, PC in Loveland, Colorado, is a 10-person firm seeking a Project Architect or Job Captain with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

Hauser Architects is a 10-person commercial architecture firm in Loveland, Colorado, practicing nationwide in self-storage, aviation, and commercial construction and tenant improvements. Working here means responsibility across every phase — SD through CA

We're seeking a Project Architect or Job Captain with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Produce and coordinate construction documents in Revit from schematic design through CDs
• Perform building code research across multiple jurisdictions (IBC, IEBC, IFC, ANSI A117.1)
• Coordinate structural, MEP, and civil engineering consultants
• Develop design concepts and presentation materials
• Participate in client meetings

Required Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture
• 5+ years of experience in an architectural firm on commercial project types
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Working knowledge of building codes and commercial construction practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work in office required
• Strong knowledge in Revit

Preferred Qualifications

• Colorado licensure, or active AXP/ARE progress
• Experience with Bluebeam and Twinmotion
• Multi-jurisdiction code research experience
• Self-storage, aviation, or tenant improvement project experience ideal

This is an in-office position at our Loveland studio. Occasional construction site visits are part of the role;

Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 per year
