Project Architect Prerequisites

A professional degree in an accredited program is required and a license is preferred. Varied experience in all phases of architectural projects is required. Working knowledge of industry standard programs is required such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and the Microsoft suite of products. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of building and zoning codes and an understanding of how to locate regulations as required.

Report to Project Manager

Working under the supervision of a Project Manager to produce all aspects of design documentation with participation in construction administration tasks. Working with the Project Manager to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction. May provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff. Review of drawings and creation of red-lines as required for quality control. Capable of performing a quality control review.
