We are seeking a talented technically focused Project Architect Designer with 5 to 10 years of experience who is interested in contributing to and thriving in a positive mutually supportive studio environment K 12 andor Higher Educational experience is a plus

• Utilize strong production and design skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects in varying stages both individually and as part of a project team
• include all phases of design documentation through construction administration production of construction documents utilizing REVIT project management and client consultant and team management
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team
• Effectively demonstrate technical detailing and problem solving skills on complex project types
• Be a technical resource for project teams in a collaborative studio environment; Ability to successfully lead teams to meet project objectives

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university required
• US Architectural license or in the process of obtaining registration in Texas
• Must be able to manage and produce documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
