This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing innovative, functional, and code-compliant design solutions for commercial construction projects, mainly focused on medical and dental offices. The ideal candidate brings strong conceptual design skills, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to deliver exceptional results from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptual Design: Develop initial design concepts based on client requirements, budget, and site conditions. Create sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design ideas visually.
  • Space Planning: Analyze and plan building layouts for optimal functionality, accessibility, and efficiency. Incorporate user needs and workflow considerations into the design process.
  • Technical Drawings: Produce detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. Utilize CAD and design software (e.g., Revit, Bluebeam) for precision and efficiency.
