What You'll be Doing

• Taking the lead on projects from early design through CDs and CA
• Producing top-tier drawing sets —Revit mastery is a must
• Crafting crisp, clearconstruction detailsand managing project teams
• Coordinating with cities and agencies forentitlements, zoning, design review, and permits
• Navigatingbuilding code and ADAlike a pro
• Working closely with consultants, clients, and contractors throughout the process

What we're looking for

• 8–10 years of experienceworking on complex architectural projects
• High-level Revit skills(seriously, you’ll be using it daily)
• Strong technical chops and an eye for clean detailing
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior staff
• A solid understanding of how buildings come together — and how to document that
• Comfort withconstruction administration— you’re not afraid to get your boots dirty
• Someone who can hold their own in meetings with city officials, plan reviewers, and consultants
• Bonus points if you’ve worked on international projects (but not required)
