STUDIOS Architecture’s San Francisco studio seeks creative designers with 7–10 years of experience in architecture or interior design and a passion for complex projects and sustainable, technology-driven design.

You will contribute across project scales and stages, collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. The role emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and ongoing education within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Strong portfolio with professional projects demonstrating intelligent, innovative design conceptualization and presentation graphics, plus construction documentation experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in architectural or interior design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Experience across all phases from Concept Design to Construction Documentation and Construction Administration with project management.
• Proactive design approach with analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Experience using Revit; software experience with Rhino, AutoCAD, Grasshopper, and SketchUp.

STUDIOS San Francisco office is seeking candidates interested in and passionate about:

• Complex projects
• Technology and sustainability integrated design
• The power of design and the social role of architecture across a broad spectrum of project types including commercial office, media and entertainment, mixed-use, labs, academic and civic institutions.

We are seeking creative and talented designers who can contribute at various project scales and stages of project development.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Strong portfolio with professional projects demonstrating intelligent, innovative design conceptualization, professional caliber visualization and presentation graphics, as well as experience with construction documentation.
• 7-10 years of experience working in an architectural or interior design firm is required. Experience in highly complex project types, large commercial office, mixed-use, civic, academic, and/or cultural projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate internally with team and externally with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Experience in all phases of Architectural services from Concept Design to Schematic Design through Construction Documentation and Construction Administration and advanced Project Management experience.
• Proactive approach to design with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Design and documentation experience using Revit.
• Software Experience with Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Grasshopper, and SketchUp.
