Responsibilities include developing designs and construction documents, maintaining BIM/Revit models, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring code compliance, with opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or a related design field preferred.
• Experience working as an Architect, Architectural Designer, or BIM/Revit Specialist.
• Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building codes.
• Experience preparing construction documents for commercial, residential, institutional, or mixed use projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
