Job summary

Actalent in Princeton, NJ is seeking an experienced architect to lead design efforts in a hybrid work environment. The role involves daily design and technical development, CAD/BIM document production, and Construction Administration for selected projects.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of relevant experience, strong REVIT skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while coordinating with consultants and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform code review and ensure compliance with project budget and schedule.

• Be responsible for significant aspects of large projects and for work on smaller projects.
• Daily design and technical development of projects.
• Supervise and produce Construction Documents through CAD and BIM.
• Coordinate and QA/QC of consultants’ work.
• Provide Construction Administration for select projects.
