*Description*

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Entra Architect to lead a long-term project focused on integrating SailPoint with Entra (formerly Azure AD). This role requires a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), provisioning, and API deployment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, and strategic implementation of Entra within our environment, ensuring compliance and future readiness.

Please note, this candidate must sit in CO or MN, based on company locations. This is a 100% remote role, with opportunity to convert fulltime if within commutable distance to Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN. No C2C, W2 only.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Leadership: Lead the integration of SailPoint with Entra, including provisioning and setting up connectors. Develop and implement strategic plans for Entra within the organization.
2. Privileged Access Management: Provision privileged access in the cloud with Entra, ensuring functional implementation.
3. Connector Experience: Manage and configure connectors between SailPoint and Entra (Cloud IDP) and Cloud AD for Azure.
4. Design and Engineering: Lead design and engineering efforts, including documentation and compliance tracking. Act as the Business Analyst (BA) for documentation and lead requirements for deployments.
5. Project Management: Ensure compliance and future readiness through meticulous tracking and documentation. Collaborate with the SailPoint developer for execution and a BA for checking work along the way. Manage and assist with the 6 workflows involved in the project.
6. Agile Environment: Comfortable working in sprints and agile methodologies in a blended environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Entra (formerly Azure AD) and 5 years of overall experience.
• Strong background in IAM and provisioning.
• Proven experience with API deployment.

Skills:

• Security-minded with experience in a regulatory background.
• Ability to lead design and engineering efforts.
• Strong documentation and compliance tracking skills.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent with MS Office, familiar with Jira, SPRINT cycle, and Agile methodologies, possibly blended Waterfall approach.
• Experience with API use, MS understanding in Entra, SailPoint, IAM, and security.
• MS certifications preferred; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be an Entra superstar with experience in SailPoint to Entra connector or similar IGA platform integrations.
• Expertise in SailPoint and Azure/Engineer roles.
• Self-starter with accountability and initiative. Entra and security background essential. Certifications like CISSP, CISM are a plus.

Benefits & Compensation:

The pay range is $95.00 - $115.00/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, EAP, PTO, and more, subject to eligibility and plan specifics.
