Job summary

Groth Design Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Healthcare Project Architect / Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead healthcare design initiatives from concept through construction. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality environments.

You will oversee project schedules and budgets, mentor junior staff, and produce documentation in Revit, ensuring design intent aligns with technical requirements and client goals.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of professional experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
• Project management and client-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Revit required; SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Strong graphic, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across all phases of design and documentation.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead design development and project execution with support from the Healthcare Studio Leader.
• Produce and oversee project documentation in Revit.
• Ensure alignment between design intent, technical requirements, and client goals.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
