Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC seeks a Project Architect to lead schematic design through construction administration for diverse Gulf Coast projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams across commercial, healthcare, education, and hospitality spaces.

You will produce technical drawings, manage multiple projects, and ensure detailing and documentation meet high standards while supporting timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program.
• 3-5 years of Commercial architecture project experience.
• Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills.
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
• Experience with Vectorworks, SketchUp, or transferable CAD platforms.
• Willingness to relocate to Fairhope, Alabama if you are not from the area.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through schematic design, construction documents, and administration.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams.
• Manage multiple commercial and residential projects simultaneously.

Compensation: $70,000– $110,000 annually DOE
