As a Project and Office Assistant in our Chapel Hill office, you will support project coordination, document management, scheduling, event planning, and administrative tasks to help us deliver sustainable, energy-efficient building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative and project support across departments.
  2. Manage project documents and coordinate with clients and partners.
  3. Schedule meetings and plan events.
  4. Order supplies and handle general office tasks.
  5. Support office management and maintain confidentiality.
  6. Assist project managers and team members as needed.
  7. Answer calls and greet visitors when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn cloud-based construction software like Newforma, Procore, etc.
