Projects may include deployment of internally developed solutions as well as solutions acquired from third party vendors. Additional responsibilities include conversion project management and the management of the Solutions Implementation team.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeverage the appropriate project management methodology (i.e. Scrum, PMI, etc) based on project requirementsLead the successful implementation of business-focused processes & solutionsTrack progress against stated goals and regularly provide status updatesIdentify and manage project risks and issuesContinually seek ways to drive existing and new platform capabilities into business.Work closely with technology providers (3rd party or in-house) to develop implementation plansEnsure adequate documentation exists for user adoptionEnsure adequate training is delivered at time of solution implementation to maximize adoptionMeasure adoption rates and adjust processes and procedures as neededProvide leadership and management to the Solutions Implementation team membersPerforms other related duties as assigned.QualificationsStrong understanding of the banking business from an operations perspectiveAbility to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with employees at all levels of the organizationStrong understanding of change management, especially when working with individuals who resist changeProven ability to make decisions with limited informationEstablished understanding of both traditional and agile project management methodologiesSupervisory ResponsibilitiesOversees the management of the business analysts, including performing annual reviews and managing day-to-day operationsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B.
