Job summary

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Project Analyst IV with an active Top-Secret clearance to support a government client in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include data capture and reporting on criminal activity and operational metrics, plus data visualization using SAS, SPSS, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Position located in Washington DC. U.S.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Top Secret security clearance or higher is required.
Must pass a pre-employment and agency background check.
Experience with government‑developed software and MS Office suite.
Experience conducting research and analysis of data and reporting results.
Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
Knowledge of statistics and quantitative analysis.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work with individuals and groups at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Use software to capture and report data elements related to criminal drug activity and operational accomplishments.
Design input data collection forms to standardize data collection.
Review and assess new software to improve case tracking and reporting.
Convert data for databases, spreadsheets, and charts.
Design and produce output reports, tables, graphs from database information.
Conduct special studies and evaluations to inform managers.
Create PowerPoint and graphics for managers.
