Project Analyst II, CSS Project Readiness (Remote)

Full time, Costa Rica, United States

The CSS Project Readiness Project Analyst is responsible for vetting different types of projects involving customer implementations, changes, agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes.

The Project Analyst may also work on project requests as defined by IPCM Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Be accountable for vetting projects with medium complexity, based on scale and scope.
  • Lead vetting and collaboration calls using CSS MS Teams and Project Readiness protocols.
  • Encourage and seek new or non-traditional ideas to improve team effectiveness.
  • Define project structure in our project management tool and ensure all resources and requirements are clear.
  • Maintain effective communication with all relevant parties (internal/external).
  • Drive decision-making and escalation concerning assigned projects.
About you:
  • Previous experience in the travel industry.
  • Prior experience in project management roles and with project management software is a plus.
  • Proven success in leading low-complexity projects in travel management operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral) in English.
  • Ability to facilitate and resolve risks, issues, and showstoppers.

Our compensation considers your background and experience. For US candidates, the salary range is $52,000 - $58,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Costa Rican salaries will be reviewed during the interview process.
