Job summary

Significance Inc. in San Diego, CA, seeks a Project Analyst/DTS Specialist to support a COMNAVSURFPAC Travel Program. This role requires an active Secret Clearance and is onsite at Naval Base San Diego.

The Lead Analyst will perform critical contract oversight, manage daily operations, and provide travel data analysis and reporting. The position follows standard business hours with occasional after-hours support for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, MIS.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in travel management, data analysis, or similar.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analyst functions in support of the COMNAVSURFPAC Travel Program.
• Maintain daily operation authority and act for the contractor on contract matters.
• Provide basic after-hours travel support for emergencies and ensure adherence to hours (8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.).

Significance Inc. is seeking an Project Analyst/DTS Specialist to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be onsite at COMNAVSURFPAC Travel Office, Code N00F2D, 3085 Dolphin Alley, Bldg. 265, Naval Base San Diego, and requires an active Secret Clearance.

Position Overview

The Project Analyst/DTS Specialist will perform Lead Analyst functions in support of the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC) Travel Program.

The Lead Analyst shall be responsible for the performance of the work and shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of the contract.

The Lead Analyst shall be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons, as well as provide basic after-hours travel support for bona fide emergency requirements.

Experience:

Minimum three (3) years' experience in travel management, data analysis, or a similar role are beneficial.

$135,000 - $150,000 a year

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
