Overview

Maximus is searching for a Project Analyst.

This is a fully remote role.

Equipment will be provided but must meet the remote position requirement provided below.

Remote Position Requirements
  • Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection
  • Internet download speed of 25mbps and 5mbps (10 preferred) upload or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
  • Private work area and adequate power source
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform various analytical functions in support of the project while ensuring that corporate project management standards and procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate activities between the client, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Adhere to relevant government requirements and develop the necessary reports to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain various reports for client review and compliance.
  • Facilitate meetings and calendars as necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and report on the status of activities on the project including; reviewing the monthly cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Act as a liaison between teams.

This role serves as a Project Analyst supporting the Open Season program within Retirement Services.

Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for over three decades, delivering comprehensive enrollment services during Open Season.

The program encompasses a range of critical functions, including :

  • Self-service enrollment support through a secure web portal
  • Intelligent Voice Agent assistance for automated enrollment guidance
  • Full-service Contact Center operations
  • Print and mail services for Open Season materials
  • Mail intake and specialized handling for enrollment correspondence
Minimum Requirements

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package.

Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
