Job summary

Ace Parking Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator/Manager in San Diego to lead Salesforce administration, coordinate project tasks, and support cross-functional teams. You will ensure data accuracy, manage timelines, and enable seamless communication across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization, administration, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce processes across all regions.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date Salesforce data and internal resources.
  • Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, proactively following up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify needs, anticipate next steps, and follow through on commitments with minimal supervision.
  • Train and support employees on Salesforce functionality, processes, and best practices.

Compensation Range: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives from coordination through completion.
  • Lead the organization, administration, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce processes across all regions.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date Salesforce data and internal resources.
  • Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, proactively following up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify needs, anticipate next steps, and follow through on commitments with minimal supervision.
Communication
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, leadership, and teams across departments and regions.
  • Train and support employees on Salesforce functionality, processes, and best practices.
  • Assist with writing, editing, formatting, and organizing proposals, RFP responses, presentations, marketing materials, and other business communications.
  • Facilitate the flow of project information so stakeholders understand priorities, responsibilities, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Organize information and resources in a way that makes them easy for others to understand, access, and use.

  • Foster a collaborative, supportive environment by working effectively with teams across departments and regions.
  • Serve as a dependable internal resource, helping team members navigate systems, processes, information, and project needs.
  • Support the development and organization of the company's internal digital library so employees have access to the resources they need.

  • Support business development efforts through the preparation of high-quality RFP responses, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

  • Help maximize the value of Salesforce and other technology by improving adoption, data quality, organization, and utilization.
  • Reduce inefficiencies by creating organized, repeatable processes and maintaining accessible internal resources.
  • Prioritize projects and responsibilities effectively to support timely, efficient execution across the organization.
