Project Administrator/Document Control Specialist

Troy is seeking a Project Administrator/Document Control Specialist to be part of our growing project services team. This exciting opportunity provides for full lifecycle project services.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform project administration functions for natural gas and other energy pipeline and facilities projects in the conceptual, feasibility, pre‑FEED, FEED, preliminary, constructability, engineering, permitting, procurement and construction phases
- Perform project administration services, including project reporting, meeting coordination, document/data management and action item tracking/follow‑up
- Provide administrative/coordination support for risk management, schedule management, cost reporting, integration/interface management, material procurement, change management and other related functions
- Coordinate, update and assemble data on a routine basis for digital project controls tools
- Interface and connect daily with colleagues, clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in project administration, reporting and related activities
- Expert‑level experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams and related software programs
- Proficient experience with Microsoft SharePoint and other document management/database systems
- Working experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam Revu
- High‑level written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and spelling
- Highly developed skills with technology, analytical/critical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail
- Capacity to proactively take initiative, manage multiple priorities and adapt to change at a fast pace
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, team‑oriented environment, interfacing with internal and external parties on a daily basis
- Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and track tasks to completion
- Innate desire to focus on customer service and continuous improvement
