ActioNet is seeking a Project Administrator (Agile/Scrum) in the DC regional area for a hybrid role (2 days on-site). You will coordinate schedules, artifacts, and reporting to keep multiple technical projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, maintaining schedules in MS Project/Jira/SharePoint, risk and issue tracking, and delivering executive dashboards. Requires a Bachelor’s and 8+ years in project coordination or Agile delivery.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of multiple technical projects. This role serves as a central coordination point across project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure work remains organized, risks and dependencies are actively managed, and commitments are completed on schedule.
The Project Administrator will help translate project requirements into actionable work, maintain schedules and project documentation, facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress, coordinate dependencies, manage risks and issues, and develop clear status reporting for both project teams and executive leadership.
