ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Project Administrator, Construction to support administrative and operational tasks across construction teams in New York. The role focuses on maintaining accurate as-built documentation, validating billing, and ensuring timely project closeout.

Purpose:
The Project Administrator, Construction provides critical administrative and operational support to construction teams by ensuring accurate project documentation, billing validation, and timely project closeout.
This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity across construction, finance, and client reporting by managing as-built documentation, reconciling production data, and supporting cross-functional communication. The Project Administrator helps drive efficiency, reduce billing discrepancies, and ensure projects are properly documented from initiation through completion
