Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking an entry-level Project Administrator to support project billing, paperwork, file maintenance, and customer service for internal and external customers.

You will perform a mix of administrative tasks, coordinate with project teams, and help ensure accurate data handling in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and MS Office skills are essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly billing for current projects

• Set up and maintain files on sold projects
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Provide a variety of administrative tasks across the department
• Other responsibilities as assigned

DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Administrator in our Springfield, Missouri office! This is an entry level role with a mix of administrative support tasks and communication and customer service with both internal and external customers. Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly billing for current projects
• Process project related paperwork to include contracts, change order tracking, and lien waivers, etc.
• Set up and maintain files on sold projects
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Provide a variety of administrative support tasks across the department
• Other responsibilities as assigned
