Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to ensure clear communication among project stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, providing regular status updates to project managers and team members.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, including processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to support project objectives and resolve administrative issues.

About the Role:

The Project Administrator in the manufacturing industry plays a critical role in supporting project teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of manufacturing projects. Minimum Qualifications:
