Mortenson is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to join the Energy Storage Group. The role supports the project team with a wide range of administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and handling communications with integrity and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate has an associate degree and several years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, contributing to project success.
Mortenson is currently seeking a Project Admin to join our Energy Storage Group with the ability to work well with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, inventive, enthusiastic, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. As a Project Administrative Assistant, you are at the heart of the business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You will be handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with an aptitude for working independently or with little supervision. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest software and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects.

The base pay range for this role is $24.52 MIN - $33.12 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
