This full-time role involves managing the complete cycle of subcontract and job cost accounting across various projects. Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a construction company.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
• Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process/Review subcontractors pay applications and vendor invoices in Yardi and Procore.
• Manage cash balances and process ACH/check payments.
• Prepare monthly financials and reports for review.

Skills

Excellent systems skills including ERPs

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience using Yardi

Experience using Procore

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting
