Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Project Accounting experience.
• Proficient in percentage of completion accounting.
• Proficient in forecasting and change management.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Set up projects and establish WBS structure.
• Review and analyze costs weekly for project alignment.
• Initiate customer billing and support cash collections.
• Review vendor accruals and update AP as needed.
• Ensure revenue recognition aligns with US GAAP.
