• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and financial oversight of capital projects.
• Partner with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
• Maintain and update financial trackers: spend, forecasts, commitments, variance analysis.
• Analyze project costs across full lifecycle to identify risks such as overspend, delays, or inefficiencies.
• Develop and deliver recurring reporting (weekly/monthly) with insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with project managers and stakeholders to validate project data, timelines, and financial assumptions.
• Track purchase orders, contracts, and vendor payments to ensure alignment with budgets and scope.
• Support forecasting activities, including cash flow, budget planning, and long-range projections.
• Ensure data integrity across systems (Excel, Power BI, ERP) and centralized reporting sources.
