IA Interior Architects is seeking a Project Accountant to oversee client project costs, billing, and close-out. The role supports our Seattle and West Coast studios, with one day per week in the Seattle office and the rest remote.
Requirements include 5–7 years of accounting or project accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency with Deltek and MS Excel is expected.

The Project Accountant provides comprehensive job cost oversight, accounting, and reporting for client accounts. Responsible for the accounting, billing with sales tax, and close-out for specific projects. Position will support our Seattle and West Coast Studios. It will likely require 1 day per week in our Seattle studio with the remaining 4 days a week being remote.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in project accounting, finance or related field.
5-7 years of accounting or project accounting experience.
