Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of related construction experience; multifamily construction experience preferred.
• Experience with construction accounting software such as Sage 300, Viewpoint, or Procore preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying discrepancies and understanding job cost variances.
• Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines while maintaining accurate records.

• Respond promptly to subcontractor and vendor inquiries, monitor special payment terms, and manage joint check agreements.
• Support multi-state sales tax reporting and compliance with applicable labor standards.
• Maintain accurate electronic project records and collaborate with project teams to resolve billing, cost, and documentation issues.
