Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is hiring a Project Accountant for our Fort Wayne on-site team. You’ll manage project finances from setup to monthly billing using Sage 300, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You’ll partner with project managers to track budgets, analyze risks, identify savings, and support vendor compliance, AP, and sales/use tax obligations. This role requires hands-on accounting experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong communication are essential.
