Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Project Accountant to join our growing construction leadership team on-site. You’ll manage project finances from setup to monthly billing using Sage 300 and partner with project managers to track budgets, analyze risks, and spot savings.

Responsibilities include vendor compliance, accounts payable, and sales/use tax. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of accounting experience, with advanced Excel and strong

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a MUST.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Knack for solving problems under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent communication skills and Excel proficiency.
