  • Budget Monitoring & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, job cost reports, and cost‑to‑complete forecasts in collaboration with project managers and operations teams. Identify cost trends, potential risks, and budget variances.
  • Monthly Job Cost Review & Analysis: Assist with monthly job cost reviews and variance analysis, supporting accurate financial reporting and project performance evaluation.
  • Invoice Processing & Cost Coding: Process and review subcontractor and vendor invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, and correct cost coding in accordance with project budgets and accounting standards.
  • Project Accounting & ERP Management: Maintain complete and accurate project accounting records within the company’s ERP / accounting system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Project Closeout & Final Accounting: Support project closeout activities, including final billings, cost reconciliation, and completion of required closeout documentation.
  • Internal Coordination & Policy Compliance: Coordinate with internal accounting staff to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Qualifications
