The Progyny Care Advocate will be responsible for using their excellent customer relations and patient care experience to handle various interactions with members via telephone, e-mail, and secure messaging. Known as PCAs, the role involves onboarding new members to the Progyny benefit and assisting existing members in utilizing their benefits effectively based on their journey and family-building goals. The Progyny Benefit covers fertility, preconception, menopause, and pregnancy & postpartum support, guiding members to successful outcomes. This is a highly administrative contact center position requiring strong attention to detail, prioritization, and organization.

What you will do...
  1. Own the member relationship by educating members about Progyny and their benefits, empowering informed decisions.
  2. Onboard members by capturing demographics, confirming eligibility, and providing detailed benefit information.
  3. Provide ongoing concierge service via telephone, email, and secure messaging.
  4. Address inquiries and proactively research solutions.
  5. Work with internal teams to handle escalations and inquiries.
  6. Serve as a liaison between members and clinics, including scheduling appointments.
  7. Utilize internal learning opportunities for growth and development.
About you...
  • You must be a registered nurse based in Pennsylvania.
  • 2+ years of experience in a contact center, preferably in healthcare/insurance.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage evolving priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with good judgment.
  • Knowledge of fertility industry and patient procedures is a plus.
  • Shift times are 11:00am-8:00pm EST or 12:00pm-9:00pm EST.
  • Note: Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

In NYC, the hourly wage range is $38.00-$42.00/hour, based on various factors. Our total compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity.
