Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse for an on-site contract in Atlanta, GA. The role supports PCIU patients with cardiac monitoring during a 16-week assignment, including STEMI/NSTEMI care and telemetry responsibilities.

The RN must have an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and EPIC EMR experience, with 2 years of trauma facility exposure. Night shifts are 12 hours, with a 1:3–4 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 28-bed PCU/IMCU setting.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• EPIC EMR proficiency required.
• 2 years of progressive care/PCU trauma facility experience.
• Cardiac patient management and telemetry knowledge.
• Must be able to work night shift and 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for PCU patients with cardiac monitoring and telemetry.
• Administer medications and IV drips per physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to manage STEMI/NSTEMI/COP presentations.
