Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift PCU position requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least one year of recent PCU experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a hospital specializing in heart and spine care
• Night shift position with hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Thirteen-week contract assignment
• Provide specialized care for progressive care patients in a heart and spine-focused unit
• Candidates with prior permanent employment at the facility are not eligible
• Testing or vaccination requirements may apply per facility policy

Requirements

• Active RN license in TX or compact state required
• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU or specialty-specific nursing experience required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC required
• No uninterrupted work gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
