Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care/Telemetry night shift position requiring a TX or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Position based in a hospital Med/Surg unit on the Progressive Care/Telemetry floor
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
• Requests for time off must be less than 1 week in duration
• Candidates must be prepared to provide current Driver’s License upon consideration
• Holiday coverage may be required according to facility needs

Requirements

• Active TX or compact state RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Progressive Care or Telemetry experience required
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• No work gaps of 90 days or more in the previous 12 months
• May not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
