Job summary

Piedmont HealthCare in Cartersville, GA is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care within organizational policies, while promoting professional growth and accountability.

The role involves coordinating patient care activities with assigned staff to maintain high standards of practice. A nursing program graduate with a Georgia RN license and BLS is required; new grads are eligible.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of a nursing program.
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: New Graduates eligible.
• MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: Current RN license in GA, BLS certification.
• ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: For PRN positions: one year of hospital nursing experience; Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced specialty certification if applicable.

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
