HCA Florida Citrus Hospital is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to provide clinical expertise and compassionate care in a high-acuity PCU. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality, efficient care and support patient outcomes.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, a Nursing Diploma or ASN (BSN preferred), BLS, and ACLS after 60 days. This PRN position values critical thinking, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license or compact licensure with active FL license within 60 days.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• ACLS required after 60 days of hire/transfer.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for PCU patients.
• Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patient records, including posting test results.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
