Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care unit. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults with complex medical needs, monitoring changes in condition, administering medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

You will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults with complex medical needs.
• Monitor changes in patient condition and respond appropriately.
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to plan and execute care.

Responsabilités

• Monitor patients closely for deteriorating conditions and escalate as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
• Support safe transitions of care and discharge planning.
